By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
   Ziegler Media Co. offers mainly real estate media services, including photography, video walkthroughs, virtual tours, and virtual staging. Floor plans are included with interior shoots (exclusions may apply). If you require other services please contact me separately.
    

2. Bookings & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure bookings.

• Full payment is due upon delivery of the final media, unless otherwise agreed.

• Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the shoot) may result in a cancellation fee.
   

1. Client Responsibilities

• Properties must be photo-ready at the scheduled time.

• Access must be provided (lockbox code, key).

• Ziegler Media Co. is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unprepared spaces.
   

1. Usage Rights

• Clients are granted a license to use delivered media for marketing the listed property.

• Media may not be resold or reused for future listings without written consent.

• Ziegler Media Co. retains copyright ownership of all media created.
   

1. Refunds & Cancellations
   Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future bookings if canceled with sufficient notice.
    

2. Limitation of Liability
   While we strive for accuracy and quality, Ziegler Media Co. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of sales, or other issues beyond the cost of the services provided.
