1. What areas do you serve?

A: We currently provide real estate photography and media services in Cincinnati, Oxford, and Northern Kentucky, with plans to expand further into surrounding markets.

2. What’s included with an interior/exterior shoot?

A: All interior shoots include MLS-ready photos and a floor plan (exclusions may apply). You may also add services such as video walkthroughs, virtual tours, or virtual staging.

3. How do I book a shoot?

A: You can submit your request through our Book a Shoot page. We’ll confirm your appointment details via email or phone.

4. Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future shoot if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

5. What happens if I need to reschedule?

A: No problem. Reschedules are free with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. How long does it take to receive my photos?

A: Most photo shoots are delivered within 24–48 hours. Virtual staging or more complex projects may take longer.

7. How will I receive my files?

A: You’ll receive a secure download link with all media sized for MLS and web use. Print-resolution files are available upon request.

8. Do you offer aerial photography?

A: Aerial photography is coming soon. In the meantime, we offer MLS photos, video walkthroughs, virtual tours, and virtual staging.

9. Who owns the photos after the shoot?

A: Ziegler Media Co. retains copyright ownership, but you are licensed to use the photos, video, and media for marketing the specific property that was shot. Media cannot be resold or reused for other listings without permission.

10. How should the property be prepared?

A: Please make sure the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before we arrive. We do not move furniture or clean, so preparing the space in advance ensures the best results.

11. Do you offer other types of photography?

A: Yes! While we specialize in real estate media, we also offer additional services including:

• Yacht photography – luxury lifestyle shoots and staging for boat/yacht sales.

• Headshots – professional portraits for realtors, business owners, and branding.

• Car photography – high-quality automotive photography for listings, showrooms, or private sales.

• DJ sets – event coverage, capturing live performances and crowd energy.
