Refund Policy

At Ziegler Media Co., we value your time and ours. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before booking:

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a shoot up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If we arrive at the property and cannot complete the shoot due to lack of access or unprepared conditions, a 50% fee will be charged.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.​

  • Weather Delays: Outdoor services (such as future aerial photography) may be rescheduled at no cost if weather conditions prevent safe shooting.
